Vehicle Accidents in Oklahoma
Car accidents occur very frequently in the United States, with the common cause being negligent driving. Using a cell phone, falling asleep at the wheel, speeding, driving under the influence, and even eating are all forms of negligent behavior. Drivers believe they can still focus on their surroundings and successfully operate a vehicle while occupied with other tasks, but that’s not the case. Accidents occur within seconds of a distraction. It’s very unfortunate that LaFever lost his life in this accident. It’s also unfortunate that Yarbrough and Keeling are suffering injuries. Once investigators determine who is liable for the accident, a wrongful death lawsuit or a personal injury lawsuit can be filed with the help of an attorney.
