Truck Accidents in Oklahoma
Whenever passenger vehicles collide with larger trucks, the results can be tragic, as was the case for this accident. In 2015, studies show that 4,311 large trucks were involved in fatal accidents. The number one cause of most truck accidents is driver’s error or fatigue. The police are currently investigating this accident to determine who will be at fault. They’re checking the condition of both vehicles as well as the highway. They’re also checking to see if alcohol or drugs were involved. Once they discover the facts of the case, it’s likely that a wrongful death lawsuit and personal injury lawsuit will be filed.
