Pedestrian Accidents in Oklahoma
Pedestrian accidents are usually caused by negligent or distracted driving, which includes violating traffic laws, driving under the influence, speeding, using a phone, eating, falling asleep, and more. Pedestrians usually suffer serious injuries in these accidents because their bodies are colliding with vehicles that weigh thousands of pounds. This is a unique case because the teenager was assisting the driver with the tractor and the driver could not properly interpret the amount of space between the tractor and the boy. It’s so unfortunate that the teen lost his life in this accident. His parents can partner up with an attorney to file a wrongful death lawsuit to receive compensation for assistance with funeral expenses.
