Motorcycle Crash Leaves Man Dead
Broken Arrow, OK (July 1, 2018) A man driving a motorcycle was speeding in the grass when he veered off to the side and crashed into the creek bed. The most common cause for motorcycle accidents is negligence from other drivers. Because drivers don’t always see motorcyclists on the road, motorcyclists almost always end up with severe injuries or death. A motorcyclists only bodily protection is a helmet; therefore, all of their other body parts are subject to injury.
Not all motorcycle accidents are caused by other drivers. Sometimes motorcycle accidents occur because of faulty equipment. If this is the case, a claim would have to be made against the manufacturer. Either the manufacturer of the entire motorcycle would be liable or the maker of the specific part. There are also some cases where the dealership could be liable if they were aware that they sold a defective bike.
