Vehicle Accidents in Oklahoma
Because negligence is typically the number one cause of car accidents in the United States, it’s no surprise that hundreds of thousands of accidents occur every year. Negligent behavior usually consists of texting, driving under the influence, speeding and more. It appears as though negligence could have played a role in causing this accident as well, especially since the driver ended up in the opposite lane and crashed head-on into another vehicle—in turn causing a ripple effect of accidents. It’s very unfortunate that McGuire lost her life in this collision. Once the police get to the bottom of what led up to the crash, her family could work with an attorney to file a wrongful death lawsuit. Because others suffered injuries as well, they could file personal injury lawsuits.
