Truck Accidents in Oklahoma

Fatal Semi-Truck Crash in Bryan County

Studies show that thousands of large trucks are involved in vehicle accidents every year in the United States. The leading cause of most truck accidents is driver’s fatigue. For this reason, the federal government created specific rules and regulations for truck companies to enforce amongst their employees. When drivers are assigned a 7-day shift, they’re not allowed to drive more than 60 hours, and the same structure continues for increased consecutive days. Once the police get to the bottom of what caused this accident, the deceased victim’s family could file a wrongful death lawsuit with the help of an attorney.
