Unfortunately, vehicle accidents occur daily in the United States, which causes thousands of people their lives. The most disappointing aspect of vehicle accidents is that most of them can be avoided. The most common cause of accidents is negligent driving, which includes using a cell phone, eating, applying makeup, falling asleep, driving while impaired, or conversing with a passenger. These examples require drivers to split their focus, which makes them more susceptible to accidents than they would be if they weren’t driving distracted.

When individuals obtain injuries in vehicle accidents, the results vary from minor to fatal. Unfortunately, Lowry lost his life in this collision, which means his family could work with an attorney to file a wrongful death lawsuit. No family should have to experience the pain that comes from losing a loved one.
