Pedestrian Accidents in Oklahoma
The leading cause of almost every pedestrian accident is negligent behavior, which was definitely the case in this accident. When drivers decide to drive under the influence and intentionally injure pedestrians, they’re committing a civil wrong. In this accident, the wife intentionally crashed into her husband for unknown reasons, but it’s confirmed that she was under the influence. Once the police finalize their reports, Shrader could file a personal injury lawsuit to help cover current and future medical expenses.
