Vehicle Accidents in Oklahoma
Whenever large trucks collide with regular-sized vehicles, the damage can be catastrophic or fatal. It’s simply way too easy due to the weight and size of larger vehicles, for drivers and passengers in smaller vehicles to obtain serious injuries. All truck drivers are required to follow specific federal regulations while on their shifts, but accidents still occur for various reasons. Sometimes the truck has a defective auto part, while other times hazardous road or weather conditions could play a role. The police are currently investigating this accident to determine why the dump truck collided with a regular-sized vehicle. It’s so unfortunate that a woman lost her life in this collision. Once the police figure out what caused the accident, the deceased victim’s family members could hire an attorney to file a wrongful death lawsuit.
