A Cleveland County crash left one person injured on SH39

Authorities say two vehicles were traveling on SH39 before the accident. When they were just east of 168th one driver lost control of their vehicle and crashed into another driver traveling the same way. Emergency crews were called to the scene and arrived shortly.

Both drivers sustained injuries but luckily they were non-life threatening. Police also arrived at the scene and began conducting an investigation into the crash. Neither of the drivers showed signs of impairment so police are checking for distractions. Typically accidents like this are due to inattentive or distracted driving.
