Motorcycle Accidents in Oklahoma
Even though the number of motorcycle accidents decreases every year in the United States, thousands of people are still losing their lives or getting seriously injured. The problem is most drivers fail to pay attention to motorcyclists on the road even though they’re required to by law. It’s so common for drivers to drive and use their phones simultaneously because they believe they can successfully multi-task. Even though studies have proven that not to be true, drivers still partake in negligent activity every day.
The police are working to determine what led up to the multi-vehicle accident that killed White, but his family can definitely file a wrongful death lawsuit with the help of an attorney. The loss of White’s life in this terrible accident is upsetting, but adding to the pain is that the other driver did not remain at the scene to help.
