Vehicle Accidents in Oklahoma
Although the leading cause of most vehicle accidents is negligent driving, there are some accidents that occur due to poorly lit roads, hazardous road conditions, and/or mechanical errors. Because this was a single-car accident, the police are currently investigating to determine if any of the above factors played a role in this collision. Once they finalize their investigation, the deceased victim’s family may be able to file a wrongful death lawsuit depending on what caused the crash.
