Vehicle Accidents in Oklahoma
Unfortunately, every year in Oklahoma over 40,000 people suffer fatal injuries after being involved in a vehicle accident. For family members who have lost a loved one, they may be able to file a wrongful death lawsuit, which Oklahoma Statutes define as ‘a wrongful act taking the life of another’. When proving wrongful death claim, the four key elements to prove are negligence, breach of duty, causation, and damages. An experienced lawyer will have the resources available to help families prove negligence and receive compensation for damages and losses.
