Grady County, Oklahoma (December 14, 2017): Local Grady County resident, 28-year-old Sean McCoy of Ninnekah, Oklahoma, was killed in a motor vehicle crash on the H.E. Bailey Turnpike early yesterday morning, Wednesday, December 13, 2017. According to the report prepared by the Oklahoma Highway Patrol (OHP), who arrived at the scene around 4:30 AM, McCoy was driving a westbound GMC Acadia SUV and was struck by a semi-truck while trying to make a U-turn at mile marker 104, just about a mile south of the Newcastle city limits.
