Train Accidents in Oklahoma
Whenever a pedestrian is involved in any sort of vehicle accident, the results are almost always devastating. Pedestrians are highly susceptible to obtaining injuries because they don’t wear bodily protection to shield their bodies from the impact of vehicles that weigh thousands of pounds. The most common injuries are broken bones, traumatic brain injuries, internal injuries, spinal cord injuries, neck injuries, and limb injuries. Depending on the severity of the accident, medical treatment could cost thousands of dollars. Some injured victims are unable to return to regular daily activities for the rest of their lives. It’s so unfortunate that a life was lost in this accident. Once the police figure out what led up to the accident, the deceased victim’s family members could potentially file a wrongful death lawsuit with the help of an attorney.
