A tragic head on crash claimed the lives of two people near Ada, Oklahoma on Tuesday. The crash took place around 1 pm on on State Highway 3. Judy Miller, 71, of Ada was traveling eastbound on Highway 3. Miller’s vehicle crossed over the center line and struck on oncoming westbound vehicle driven by 48 year old Donald Disney. Lynda Kaonohi, 69 and Tina Allen, 37, were passengers in Disney’s vehicle when the accident occurred. Both Kaonohi and Allen died in the collision. A third vehicle was forced from the highway, causing injuries to an eight month old child. Disney and Miller were seriously injured and they were flown to an Oklahoma City Hospital for treatment. Troopers closed the road completely for about three hours before it reopened around 4:3o pm. It is unclear what caused Miller’s vehicle to travel into the opposite lane.
