Whenever bus drivers appear to have caused bus accidents, figuring out liability can be complicated because bus drivers don’t own the buses. However, in this case, it’s very clear that the bus driver wasn’t in the wrong. The bus was stopped and unloading students when a driver named Korey Lamarre crashed into it.

Whenever drivers run stop signs and crash into other vehicles, it’s usually because of negligence. The police are investigating the state of mind Lamarre was in to figure out if he was driving under the influence, falling asleep at the wheel, or just not paying attention. Because one girl received injuries, she could file a personal injury lawsuit with the help of an attorney.
