Motorcycle Accidents in Oklahoma
Motorcycle accidents almost always leave motorcyclists suffering severe, catastrophic, or fatal injuries. The only protective gear motorcyclists wear are helmets, leaving the rest of their limbs easily accessible to injuries. The most common injuries are head injuries, neck injuries, spinal cord injuries, brain damage, internal injuries, and broken bones. Some injured victims could require years to heal, while others are unable to return to regular physical activities. It’s very unfortunate that a motorcyclist received injuries in this collision. Fortunately, a personal injury lawsuit can be filed, especially since it’s clear the accident occurred due to the driver’s negligent behavior.
