Vehicle Accidents in Oklahoma
Unfortunately, fatal injuries occur every single day in the United States. The most common cause of these tragic accidents is usually a form of negligent driving, which includes using a cell phone, eating, applying makeup, driving under the influence, speeding, and/or falling asleep at the wheel. The reason why drivers partake in such distracting behavior is because they believe they’ll still be able to drive safely while doing so. However, it only take a few moments for a severe accident to occur and risk the lives of everyone involved. In this accident, the driver of the Charger’s speeding is what seems to have caused the collision. It’s so unfortunate that a life was lost in this accident and two people suffered injuries. A wrongful death lawsuit as well as personal injury lawsuits can be filed with the help of an attorney.
