Vehicle Accidents in Oklahoma
Pedestrian accidents almost always occur due to drivers not paying attention to the road. Using a cell phone, speeding, driving under the influence, and conversing with a passenger are all examples of negligent driving. Accidents only take a few seconds to occur and can change the course of a pedestrian’s life.
The most common cause of injuries is spinal cord injuries, neck injuries, broken bones, internal injuries, or brain damage. Depending on the severity of the accident, injuries could take years to heal. Pedestrians are so susceptible to injuries because they don’t wear any bodily protection to armor their bodies from getting hurt. Because two of the students received injuries, their parents could hire a personal injury lawyer to file a personal injury lawsuit.
