Truck Accidents in Oklahoma
Recent studies show that over 2,000 people suffer from fatal injuries after being involved in truck accidents every year in Oklahoma. The leading cause of most truck accidents is driver’s fatigue, which is why the federal government has regulations limiting the amount of hours truck drivers can drive within a work week. In this case, the truck driver violated the rules of the road, which could have been due to drugs or alcohol, or even speed. Once the police determine what caused the truck driver to run a red light, it will be easier for all injured victims to prove their negligence claims when they file their personal injury lawsuits.
