Although one of the main causes of vehicle accidents is negligent driving. Other common causes include hazard road conditions and bad weather conditions. Sometimes there are objects in the road that drivers might not see until it’s too late. There could even be holes or incompleted road work that should be blocked off but isn’t. In this case, because there was a culvert in the road that Clentis was unaware of, his family members could work with an attorney to file a wrongful death lawsuit against whoever is responsible for making sure the roads are safe.
