Pedestrian Accidents in Oklahoma
Whenever pedestrians are involved in some type of vehicle accident, it’s rare that they walk away without injuries. It’s important for pedestrians to understand their rights and that they may be eligible to receive compensation for personal injuries. Pedestrians not only suffer on a physical level, but they also suffer on an emotional, mental, and financial level. Sometimes their injuries require them to miss work for extensive periods of time. Other times they’re under so much emotional and mental distress that they’re unable to partake in normal activities. It’s very unfortunate that this pedestrian suffered injuries in this accident. Once the police get to the bottom of what caused the accident, the pedestrian could possibly file a personal injury lawsuit with the help of an attorney.
