Vehicle Accidents in Oklahoma
Recent studies show that about 35 percent of vehicle accidents are caused by mechanical failures each year. Mechanical failures include flat or worn tires, faulty brakes, steering wheel problems, headlight issues, and worn out windshield wipers. The police are currently investigating this accident to determine if malfunctioning auto parts caused this woman’s vehicle to suddenly leave the road. Once they conclude their findings, Franklin’s family may be able to file a wrongful death lawsuit with the help of an Oklahoma wrongful death attorney.
