Vehicle Accidents in Oklahoma
Thousands of vehicle accidents occur every year in Oklahoma with the leading cause being negligent driving. Negligence includes speeding, driving while impaired, using a cell phone, falling asleep at the wheel, and anything else that takes a driver’s attention from the road. Investigators are working to figure out why the vehicle struck the police car. They’re checking for defective auto parts, mechanical issues, road conditions, and whether negligence played a role. Depending on what they find, the police officer could file a personal injury lawsuit to help cover medical expenses and vehicle damage.
