Fatal Pedestrian Accident in Oklahoma City

Unfortunately, thousands of children lose their lives every year in pedestrian accidents in the United States. Even though there are laws that require drivers to yield as they approach pedestrians, most of the time drivers are too distracted to even notice pedestrians in the roadways. Drivers end up hitting pedestrians due to being on their phones, driving under the influence, speeding, falling asleep at the wheel, and more. Once the police get to the bottom of why the driver struck the child, a wrongful death lawsuit could be filed with the help of an Oklahoma wrongful death attorney.
