Vehicle Accidents in Oklahoma
Because buses are a mode of public transportation that riders depend on daily, nobody hops on a bus and expects to be involved in an accident. It’s expected that the bus driver will drive responsibly because there are so many lives constantly at stake. Bus drivers are subject to the common carrier law, meaning they’re forbidden to drive negligently or recklessly. Bus accidents can be complicated because bus drivers aren’t always responsible for the accident. Sometimes another driver is driving recklessly while a bus driver tries to swerve out of the way. Sometimes a defective auto part was responsible. It’s very important for injured victims to hire personal attorneys to help them with filing personal injury lawsuits because an experienced lawyer will understand the complexities of bus accident cases.
