Car Accident Lawyer in Oklahoma
Although the cause of the accident is unclear, majority of car accidents are caused by negligent driving. Negligent driving comes in many forms, such as speeding, reckless driving, utilizing a cell phone, not paying attention to the road, and not obeying street signs. If investigators can prove this accident occurred due to negligence, then the injured police officer could file a personal injury lawsuit. Winning a personal injury settlement will grant the police officer compensation for all bodily injuries.
