Vehicle Accidents in Oklahoma
Studies show that millions of vehicle accidents happen every year in the United States. Most of the time accidents are caused by drivers not driving responsibly. If a driver is using a cell phone, driving impaired, conversing with passengers, grooming, disciplining children, or participating in any other distracting behavior, it’s likely that an accident will occur.
The police are currently investigating this accident to determine why these two vehicles collided head-on. Most of the time head-on collisions are caused by a reckless driver who is under the influence or falling asleep at the wheel. There are some instances where mechanical issues cause a vehicle to veer into the opposite lane. Once the police conclude their reports, it’s likely that a wrongful death lawsuit and personal injury lawsuits will be filed.
