Pedestrian Accidents in Oklahoma
Pedestrian accidents occur way too frequently in the United States. Thousands of pedestrians lose their lives every year in Oklahoma alone.Unfortunately, each year the numbers continue to increase. Drivers owe a duty of care to pedestrians and are required to yield to them even if they don’t have the right of way. When drivers fail to do so, they may be held liable for the entire accident depending on what factors played a role. Depending on the details of this case, Bales’ family may be able to pursue a wrongful death lawsuit.
