Pedestrian Accidents in Oklahoma
Unfortunately, pedestrian accidents almost always result into severe, catastrophic, or fatal injuries. Pedestrians don’t wear enough bodily protection in the event of possibly being hit; therefore, the impact of 3,000-pound vehicles can easily injure a person. Drivers have a duty to always be on the lookout for pedestrians, even in the most unlikely places. Sometimes pedestrians make themselves liable by walking in the road at inopportune times; however, drivers should always be aware.
