Pedestrian Accidents in Oklahoma
Thousands of pedestrians lose their lives in pedestrian accidents every year. Most pedestrian accidents occur due to drivers driving distracted, driving at unsafe speeds, or violating rules of the road. In this case, the driver failed to drive slowly around the other vehicle and ran over Townsend. It’s very unfortunate that Townsend suffered fatal injuries after being run over. His family could work with an attorney to file a wrongful death lawsuit. No family should have to experience the pain and suffering that comes with losing a loved one.
