Vehicle Accidents in Oklahoma
Vehicle accidents are usually unexpected and cause great harm to thousands of people in the United States every year. Accidents only take a few moments to occur and are usually caused by distracted driving, reckless driving, or negligent driving. Examples include using a cell phone, driving under the influence, conversing with a passenger, eating, applying makeup, falling asleep at the wheel, and more. It’s very unfortunate that Ingraham lost her life in this collision. If the accident occurred because of the truck driver’s failure to yield, then Ingraham’s family could pursue a wrongful death lawsuit with the help of an attorney. No family should have to experience the pain that comes from losing a loved one, especially in a car accident that could have been avoided.
