Vehicle Accidents in Oklahoma
Although drivers have a duty to drive responsibly on the roads, vehicle accidents still occur everyday in the United States. The most common causes include speeding, driving under the influence, using a cell phone, falling asleep at the wheel, and even programming a GPS. The woman that caused this accident was speeding and didn’t have complete control over her vehicle. She was also suspected of driving under the influence. It’s no surprise that she hit three vehicles during the police chase. It’s very unfortunate that two innocent people are suffering from her negligent behavior. They could work with a personal attorney to file personal injury lawsuits.
