Pedestrian Accidents in Oklahoma
Pedestrian accidents almost always produce devastating results since pedestrians are not protected from the impact of vehicles. They usually suffer head injuries, neck injuries, spinal cord injuries, limb injuries, internal injuries, or broken bones. The main causes are usually negligent driving, which includes driving under the influence, speeding, violating the rules of the road, and more. It’s very unfortunate that a man was driving under the influence and ran over his wife. It’s sad because the accident could have been avoided. If the wife chooses to, she could file a personal injury lawsuit with the help of a personal injury lawyer.
