Vehicle Accidents in Oklahoma
According to the Oklahoma Highway Safety Office, 128 people suffered fatal injuries in school bus related accidents each year for the past decade. Even though none of the students appeared to be injured at the time of the accident, it’s important that their parents or guardians take them to get evaluated by a medical professional in the event that future symptoms develop. Not all injuries show symptoms immediately, especially if the injuries are internal. If any of the students do experience symptoms later on, it’s possible that their parents could file personal injury lawsuits. An experienced attorney will assist them with the legal process and help them receive compensation for medical expenses.
