Fatal Two-Vehicle Accident in Edmond

It’s very devastating that fatal vehicle accidents occur every day in the United States. The most common cause of these accidents is negligent driving, which includes speeding, driving under the influence, falling asleep at the wheel, utilizing a cell phone, applying makeup, and even programming a GPS. Drivers partake in other activities while driving because they believe they will still have control over their vehicle, which is not accurate. It only takes a few seconds of distracted driving for a vehicle accident to occur. Once police determine what caused this accident and who is liable, the parents of the child could potentially file a wrongful death lawsuit with the help of an attorney. The other two injured victims could potentially file personal injury lawsuits.
