Oklahoma City, Oklahoma (December 21, 2017): Two people were killed in a house fire in southeast Oklahoma City Tuesday night, December 19, 2017. According to reports, firefighters were dispatched to address, 1217 SE 19 Terrace, just before 11:00 PM where they noticed smoke billowing from the home and were informed by bystanders that people were inside.
The victims, 84-year-old Roy Milner and 81-year-old Betty Milner, were evacuated from the house and transported by emergency medical services to a nearby hospital. The both reportedly suffered from smoke inhalation; Roy Milner reportedly also suffered thermal burns The couple was pronounced dead at the hospital.
The fire remains under investigation by authorities, and the official cause of the fire has not been determined. Details about this incident remain limited and further information has not been made available at this time.
