Oklahoma City, OK (October 10, 2018) On the evening of October 9th, a pedestrian crash occurred near the intersection of Southwest 44th Street and South Pennsylvania Avenue. Officials reported that a woman walked into the roadway around 7:00 p.m. while it was raining. Apparently, the driver of the vehicle that struck her claims that he saw her too late and wasn’t able to press on his brakes in time. Emergency responders arrived at the scene to help and transported the woman to the hospital due to leg injuries. Medical professionals revealed that she is expected to be okay. The police are currently investigating the accident.
