Vehicle Accidents in Oklahoma
Commercial vehicle accidents can be a little more complicated than regular vehicle accidents because multiple parties could be held liable. In this case, at least one of the bus drivers must have partaken in some form of negligent behavior because that’s typically the most common cause of rear-end accidents.
What makes this accident even more disappointing is that school bus drivers owe it to the public to be aware and alert of their surroundings at all times, especially since they are driving students around. Most of the students are said to have thankfully suffered only minor scrapes and bruises. No matter the outside appearance of an injury after a car accident, you should always see a doctor or take your child to one to determine that there are no internal injuries.
In this case, some of the parents may be able to file personal injury lawsuits to ensure their children’s rights are defended and that they receive the care they need and deserve.
