Vehicle Accidents in California
Whenever semi-trucks collide, the cause is usually mechanical errors or fatigue. Because of these reasons, the federal government has established a set of rules and regulations to help protect semi-truck drivers and other drivers from harm. Some of these rules limit the amount of hours drivers can drive per work shift, which is designed to prevent drivers from driving fatigued. Once the police figure out what led up to this crash, Singh’s family may be able to file a wrongful death lawsuit with the help of a wrongful death attorney.
