Vehicle Accidents in Oklahoma
Driving under the influence is one of the leading causes of vehicle accidents in the United States. Whenever drivers have a high blood alcohol concentration, they put themselves and others at risk. Alcohol slows down hand-eye coordination and brain function. The more alcohol one has in their system, the more their vision, reaction times, and comprehension is impaired. Deciding to get behind the wheel while drunk is an irresponsible act that ultimately takes thousands of lives every year. It’s very unfortunate that Maxwell lost her life in this collision. Her family could work with an attorney to file a wrongful death lawsuit.
