High Speed Collisions
High speed collisions are responsible for many injuries and deaths on Oklahoma roadways. Drivers often ignore speed limits and choose to drive at unsafe speeds. In a high speed situation, the driver has a shorter reaction time and less margin for error. A single mistake traveling at high speed can mean serious injury or death for the driver or an innocent victim. It is always best to drive carefully and travel the speed limit. In cases where bad weather is involved, it is recommended to drive at a speed that is safe for the existing weather and road conditions.
At the McGuire Law Firm, we see first hand the damage that is caused by high speed collisions. We regularly represent individuals who have been injured by a speeding driver. These accidents are usually preventable if drivers exercised more care and caution for themselves and others sharing the road.
