Vehicle Accidents in Oklahoma
Unfortunately, thousands of drivers lose their lives in vehicle accidents every year in Oklahoma. Most of the time negligent behavior is the cause of so many deaths and injuries. When drivers aren’t fully focused on the road, they’re likely to miss someone switching lanes, or attempting to make turns in front of them. The police are currently investigating this accident to find out which driver had the right of way, and if negligence contributed to this accident. Once they finish their reports, a personal injury lawsuit or a wrongful death lawsuit may be filed.
