Driver Dies in Fatal Traffic Collision
Tulsa, OK (December 27, 2018) On the 26th of December, a fatal traffic collision happened on Highway 169 and Interstate 44. According to officials, a driver headed westbound on the Interstate 44 and was about to merge onto Highway 169 when he lost control of his vehicle and crossed all three lanes until he crashed into the center median. Two other vehicles crashed in an attempt to avoid the first vehicle. When emergency crews arrived, they found the initial driver to have suffered fatal injuries. It’s unclear if the other two drivers suffered any injuries. Crews shut down both highways as they cleared and investigated the scene.
