Vehicle Accidents in Oklahoma
Whenever pedestrians are involved in vehicle accidents, the results are usually devastating since pedestrians are highly susceptible to injuries. Because they don’t wear any bodily protection to prevent injuries, they usually suffer broken bones, spinal cord injuries, internal injuries, and head injuries.
Depending on the severity of the accident, some injured victims heal over time and can go back to their normal daily lives. There are other instances where an injury might be so severe that the injured victim remains paralyzed or injured so bad that their body doesn’t heal completely. Injuries can also cause people to suffer a loss of wages since they’re unable to work. Some injuries can cause emotional trauma and mental paranoia. It’s very unfortunate that a man was hit while he crossed the street and is possibly suffering severe injuries. He could work with an attorney to file a personal injury lawsuit to help cover his current and future medical expenses.
