Vehicle Accidents in Oklahoma
Violating the laws of the road is a common cause of vehicle accidents. When drivers fail to stop at red lights and stop signs, they are deliberately putting themselves and others at risk. Disobeying other traffic signs produces the same effect. Drivers who partake in this behavior underestimate their ability to keep themselves and others safe. Other causes of accidents include using a cell phone, eating, applying makeup, falling asleep at the wheel, and driving under the influence. In this case, for reasons unknown, the driver of the sedan refused to stop at a stop sign, ultimately placing two children in the hospital. The mother can work with a personal injury lawyer to file personal injury lawsuits to receive compensation for medical expenses for her children.
