Oklahoma Fatal Crash

Our thoughts and condolences go out to the victims of this terrible accident.  While authorities did not immediately identify the cause, police notes reveal that the second driver had an odor of alcohol.  Alcohol is a factor in many Oklahoma car accidents involving fatalities and serious injuries.  Of course, alcohol slows reaction times and impairs a person’s mental and physical ability to operate a motor vehicle.  Unfortunately, our law firm sees firsthand the negative effects that alcohol causes on Oklahoma streets and highways.  We will continue to follow the story for updates on any charges or other news coming from this accident.
