Vehicle Accidents in Oklahoma
Vehicle accidents occur more frequently than they should because of distracted driving, drunk driving, reckless driving, and improper turns. Drivers not following specified speed limits, road signs, and traffic lights, all contribute to the number of accidents taking place on a daily basis. All drivers are required to drive responsibly on the road for obvious safety purposes. However, drivers still believe they can multi-task and have control of their vehicles, which is why they use their cell phones, eat, apply makeup, and converse with other passengers while driving. Some of these examples might not seem like a big deal, but they are still the cause of people losing their lives every single day in vehicle accidents. It’s very unfortunate both drivers lost their lives in this collision. Once police discover what caused the accident, their families can work with an attorney to file a wrongful death lawsuit.
